Well Testing
MTC provide packaged Well testing equipment sets in the below listed formats to match the needs of the global Welltest service providers.
- Trailer mounted package equipment.
- Cost conscious package equipment.
- Offshore/ Onshore full package equipment sets from the Flowhead to the Burner booms.
Equipment is manufactured as per codes below:
- API 6A, ASME VIII Div.1 U Stamp, ANSI B31.3, NaceMR01.75, DNV 2.7-1 and ISO CSC with options of DNV OS-E-101 and NORSOK when required.
- TPI inspection by DNV, BV or Lloyds is provided asstandard.
Trailer Package
MTC Trailer mounted Well Test Package is a twin trailer concept manufactured in house with 30 years of operational well testing experience behind its design. The package is coming with a Primary Well Test Trailer installed with set of H2S / CO2 service process equipment for Zone 1 area use and Secondary Office, Workshop and Utility trailer installed with support equipment for safe area use.
Flowhead
MTC supplies Flowheads in 3” and 4” in both 10K and 15K pressure rating and comes with a DNV basket.
Choke Manifold
The MTC choke manifold is typically located on the rig floor and provides flexible and variable flow control and well shut-in capability upstream of the process and measurement equipmentduring well test operations. MTC manufactures and stock standard Choke manifolds in 3” 10KPsi and 15KPsi with options of 5 valves and 9 valves.
Separator
MTC manufactures and stock standard Separators in 42” x 10ft size with pressure rating of 1440Psi and 2000Psi. MTC also designs and manufacture Separators in various sizes and pressure rating based on our client requirements.
Debris / Junk Catcher Manifold
The MTC Debris / Junk catcher manifold is designed to remove drilling, formation and proppant based debris / junk from the wellbore fluids during well testing operations to minimize the potential damage to pressure control and measuring equipment installed downstream. Our standard package consist of 3” 10K Psi and 15Kpsi with options of 5 valves and 9 valves.
Surge Tanks
MTC standard design well test surge tank has a pressure-containing two-phase, single or dual compartment vertical designs similar to an atmospheric stock/gauge tank. Our standard Surge tank package comes in various sizes such as 50BBL, 80BBL and 100BBL with pressure ranging from 50Psi to 150Psi. We also manufacture and design based on our client requirement.
Burner Booms And Heads
MTC standard design of Burner boom are in 60ft or 90ft size and coming with a 4 Head Burner head which is used primarily on well tests and production-well commissioning to burn well effluent or separated oil during well cleanup and processed-flow periods.
Sand Trap Manifold
The MTC Cyclonic sand trap has been designed as a compact, lightweight and cost effective solution for the removal of coarse drilling, formation and proppant based solids from the well bore fluids in real time during well test operations to minimize the potential damage to the pressure control and measuring equipment installed downstream.
Piping Packages
MTC manufactures piping package in various sizes and pressure rating comes with a pipe rack or a pipe basket.
